Roffelsen Plastics started by producing clothes line cable in 1976. As a result of building up years of extrusion experience and knowledge, the clothes line cable is still the main product in the range.
After extrusion of the clothes line cable, it is cut to size and packaged. The line can be supplied with various cores, diameters and colours. In addition to its own Roffelsen Plastics clothes line cable, they also offer delivery with any corporate identity and packaging under Private label.

PRODUCT FEATURES AND MATERIALS
During the extrusion process, a package of core material is sheathed with plastic. The choice of the core material largely determines the product properties: tensile strength, elongation and suppleness.
Roffelsen Plastics uses the following plastics for the sheathing: PVC, PP, LDPE and TPE. The dye ultimately determines the appearance of the clothes line cable. Red, white or blue, any colour is possible.
AUTOMATION
The winding of the clothes line and subsequent labelling is fully automated. Using this production method, we can package large amounts with consistent quality.

Packaging: From 10 to 6000 metres. Packed onto rolls, reels, sleeves or as strings.
