RECYCLING
Roffelsen Plastics is a family owned business and is managed by the third generation. We produce clotheslines for the business and consumer markets since 1977. Furthermore we make a wide range of plastic profiles, cables, PVC cords and flat keders for several industrial markets.
We are proud of the fact that we are able to produce more than 90% of those products from in-house recycled PVC and therefore we contribute in a circular economy. The raw materials are carefully selected directly at the source from European article producers (production waste).
We sort, grind and granulate the PVC in order to reuse it for production or resell
FLOWCHART
1. First contact with our office sales/purchasing
2. Empty boxes will be delivered to supplier
3. Supplier collects waste
4. Full boxes will be collected by Roffelsen and replaced by clean empty ones
5. Waste arrives at our factory and will be sorted
6. Then grinded and eventually granulated
7. Stored in big-bags
8. Two possibilities:
a. We use the recycled/grinded material to produce new products, such as clotheslines, flat- and round keders
b. We resell the grinded material
