Profile extrusion

Profiles are extruded out of different raw materials into different forms. For each profile, a specific mould is developed in consultation with the client, which is then manufactured in-house. For high-tech moulds we work together with specialists in this field.

Knowledge of raw materials is of great importance for the composition of the plastic compound. The selected properties are decisive for the eventual operation of the mould and the final profile. Roffelsen specialises in soft PVC profiles.
