Roffelsen Plastics started in 1976 with the production of clotheslines and it is still one of the main products in our range.
Clotheslines are produced and packaged in our factory in Slovakia to an end product. Are you looking for a product with specific characteristics? Then you have found the right partner in Roffelsen Plastics. Below is a brief description of the possibilities.
Product features and materials
During the extrusion process, core material is coated with plastic. The type and amount of core material determine the product features: tensile strength, elongation and suppleness. In order to coat, various plastics such as PVC, PP, LDPE and TPE’s are often used. The ultimate clothesline is created in combination with any desired dye.
Private label
All clotheslines on this website display the Roffelsen brand. However, in the clotheslines market extensive use is made of private labels. Therefore, Roffelsen Plastics works almost exclusively with private labels. The customer–specific labels are stored in separate label warehouse.

Industrial packaging
Further processing into a finished product often requires a specifically customized industrial package. The possibilities herein are virtually endless. We will gladly advise you on a suitable solution.
Automation
The clotheslines are automatically wound up and tagged with the desired label. This production method enables us to pack large quantities with a constant quality. This production line is shown in our promotional video.
