TIR cable
Over the years, Roffelsen Plastics has specialised in the production of TIR-cables. Since we have our own cabling department we can produce the appropriate steel structure which is a key element of the cable. The core material is covered to a desired diameter of 6 or 8mm.

Keder and solid plastic cable
Roffelsen has become a leading manufacturer of plastic solid cable for the industrial market. The solid cable is usually processed into keder and is produced in diameters from 2.5 mm to 14 mm, ranging in Shore A hardness from 65 to 90. Of course, the solid cable can be supplied in a desired packaging format.

Profile extrusion
Profile extrusion is a method that allows the production of plastic cable from different raw materials and in different forms. For each profile, a specific mould is developed in consultation with the client, which is then manufactured in-house. For high-tech moulds we work together with specialists in this field.

Increasingly transport companies have to deal with load thefts. Even if nothing has been stolen, the carrier is left behind with a cut up tarpaulin. Over time various methods have been developed to impede a tarpaulin from being cut up. One method is to attach steel cables on the inside, where you can choose the distance between the wires.
